Celebrating Local Food & Business
This past Tuesday the 21st, Water Street hosted a sold out benefit for Sustainable Nantucket, a multi-course dinner incorporating island foods as much as possible, with several local chefs including: Jason Carroll and Robert Nelson of Water Street; Tim and Ruth Pitts of Centre St. Bistro; and Tim Thacher-Renshaw of Cinco.
