One reader wrote this: “Fog Island’s Mexican dinners are a well-kept secret. With their new policy of BYOB (no alcohol served), Mark (the owner) is trying to do affordable family menus. Even the ambiance is different at night, and the entire bill for two complete dinners was just $30. The menu is quite varied and really really good.”

Another reader wrote “Just made our first visit to Bamboo Supper Club tonight
for K-Mom’s Thai food. It was excellent! Take out, eat in or delivery 5-9. She came out and thanked us graciously for coming in. In my opinion, some of the best Thai curry I have had on either coast.”
