The Festival is meant to be an annual world-class international film program that includes award-winning features and shorts as well as events for young people to see, hear, taste, smell and touch the world of film.
In its first year, the NCFF will celebrate international children’s cinema, with more than 30 films from 10 countries including action-packed adventure, animation, short films for tots and teens, historically important films and whirlwind trips to faraway lands.
